Api-DB overview
Api-DB is the Apiome Database service: it stores database records shaped by your Apiome schema.
Apiome is where you design your APIs and the tables behind them. Api-DB is where the data for those tables lives. The two are one system:
- Apiome defines the tables — fields, types, keys, relations and constraints.
- Api-DB stores the records for every table you publish, and validates each record against the table that defines it.
Apiome has a very large and growing feature set, and every feature that needs to persist data stores it in Api-DB.
